Arrest on April 14 was the man who lived downstair to me. He had severe violent propensities and beat up his girlfriend constantly. Since, I was helpless, I was forced into listening to him thrash her bones into the wall beneath my apartment. Finally, on 4/14/02 he was arrested. Her voice was heard because she was blond. During the night of his arrest, I handed the officer a tape recording that I taped of this man pounding down my door and threatening to bury me in the river where no one would ever find me. I also played it for Carol Growdon, an investigator for the Office Of The District Attorney. As a result of the severity of threats I was forced to weld bars and place them on my door. The Bad Check arrest on March 2, 2002 was a check I wrote for books at the Lassen Commnunity College. My mother left a provision in her trust to allow for education. The trustee cut me off and as a result was unable to catch up in funding and arrested. This charge was finally "dismissed"(?)when I paid the check off. My friend TC was also helpless when one of the Coldwell Banker tenants came on her residential property and tore down a fence that was housing her wild mustang, Tango. TC defended herself and her property from the Jolene Bruce and son incident. As a result, TC was prosecuted and ran out of town for her role in defending what was dear to her. TC is an extremely tiny, intellectual, woman incapable of hurting a brute Nazi wannabe. The decision was political and I want it expunged from her records on whatever grounds you want to concoct! (I also want that suspended license case either investigated as per TC's filed Motion To Vacate The Judgement, records, and affidavits or her driver's license reinstated. I helped her with that and it took me a semester of my horseshoeing class! Listen to this everybody. She had five or more driving on a suspended driver's license. Comes to find out the first one was never suspended in the first place! (Part of the story is that her lawyer went to her hospital bed and smuggled out her signature while pleading her driver's rights away.) If you saw the photos that were attached to the timely Motion To Vacate The Judgement filed in the Lassen Courts Of Abuse, you'd see that she was fortunate to even be able to survive that kind of collision.
