| The Trustee (now deceased) had not seen our mother in 40 years. Double standard rules that she was disenfranchised because she married a Gentile. It's always okay for a man to do whatever he wants, but not for wretched women. When my mother was on her last days the Trustee gained entry when he posed as a gentleman who wanted to see his mother at the last. I also wanted to see mother and son reconcile. As a result, I have had to suffer his abuse once he got the money. The trust was extremely long. I picked it a part in a month and have provided evidence to the Courts. I found that the Trustee could not tell me what religion I should or should not practice. Whom I should or should not marry. Diagnose and analyze me as a professional physician would and then deem that I am "crazy" and to be rejected for just money due to me. In addition, the trustee was in the process of Bankruptcy, divorce, and other financial scandals. ALL OBJECTIONS THAT WOULD RENDER THIS MAN UNFIT FOR THE POSITION OF EXECUTOR AND/OR TRUSTEE. There was one more....I keep forgetting that one.
1. What religion
2. Whom or whom not to marry
3. Psychiatric discrimination
4.
After I poked holes through the Trust, I later honed into one clause. The Education clause. I had just about been a perennial student. One of the only good things about California is that it stuffs you with as much education as it can. So, because my mother provided for my education, simply, I should not have been arrested for book money. And, she would have never wanted me to be torn up by men as they have accomplished. |
