| The derelict drunks and drug addicts violated every rule here. They started moving in several months after I did. I had more than 30 credible witnesses who knew the hostile environment I was living in. The sex offender status made the men go crazy with hostility toward me. These actions were authorized as government sanctions. The reason I say this is because the violence went on for years while I was trying to go to school, buy the Richmond property, open my own business, and take care of three wild horses. |
