| Tina's mother testified about my calling her to promote my geneology. I told her mom that she won $200 in geneology research. That of course became a crime. Tina's mother had a heavy accent and there was a minor communication and misunderstanding. I testified as to this. My court appointed attorney did a good job with his Motion To Vacate The Judgment based on the sex offender grounds. But, this line of questioning was out of a man's imagination. I never made any sexual advances because I am not aggressive in that manner to a stranger. THAT IS HOW MEN ARE TOWARD WOMEN! Now, maybe if a friendship would have developed, it would have been different. But, Tina was a complete stranger to me and I AM NOT AN INTERNAL TOILET NOR WOULD I SACRAFICE MY LORD AND SAVIOR FOR JUST ANY SMELLY GIRL, ESPECIALLY IF SHE HAD A BOYFRIEND! |
