| I finally got a makeshift mock trial (Morrissey Hearing)for a felony criminal matter AFTER I was picked up for violating probation and was sentenced. SEVERE CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS. Napa Police Sergeant Randy Bowman went out of his jurisdiction from Napa, California and stalked me in Placer County. There he freaked out all of my "friends" and used duress to force them into perjury. Bowman also tried to accuse me of anti-semitism. But, he himself was anti-semitic! One friend Debbie Douglas stood firm to the truth. The court tried to bully her Christian beliefs. |
